1. Tour Booking and Confirmation

  • All tour bookings are confirmed via email or WhatsApp after payment or deposit is made.
  • Customers are required to provide accurate information when booking (name, hotel, number of persons, preferred date).

2. Cancellation by the Customer

If you wish to cancel your booking, please notify us as early as possible via email or WhatsApp.

  • More than 24 hours before the tour: Full refund or free rescheduling.
  • Less than 24 hours before the tour: 50% of the total amount will be refunded.
  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows: No refund will be issued.

3. Cancellation by Sharm El Sheikh Online

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a tour in cases of:

  • Extreme weather conditions (e.g., sandstorms, strong winds at sea).
  • Unforeseen events or force majeure.
  • Insufficient number of participants for group tours.

In such cases, you will be offered the option to:

  • Reschedule the tour for another day, or
  • Receive a 100% full refund.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • If you paid in cash, refunds will be arranged via bank transfer, mobile wallet, or in person (depending on location).
  • Transaction fees (if any) charged by banks or payment providers are non-refundable.

5. Special Offers & Discounted Packages

For tours booked as part of discounted promotions, refunds may be limited. Please check the conditions stated in the offer before booking.
