At Sharm El Sheikh Online, we offer digital delivery of travel services and tour confirmations. As we provide tour bookings and experiences, no physical products are shipped.


1. Service Delivery

Upon successful booking and payment, you will receive:

  • A booking confirmation email with details of your selected tour.
  • Pick-up time and location (if applicable).
  • A contact number for on-ground support during the tour.

All confirmations are sent via email or WhatsApp within 2 to 6 hours after your reservation is processed.


2. Pick-Up & Tour Execution

Our services are delivered in person through the actual execution of the tour or activity you book. Tour delivery includes:

  • Hotel pick-up and drop-off (when included in the package).
  • Full execution of the selected excursion or activity.
  • On-site guidance by experienced representatives.

3. Delays & Rescheduling

In rare cases, delays or rescheduling may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Road closures or traffic
  • Minimum participant requirements

We will inform you as early as possible and offer a rescheduling option or full refund if the tour is canceled by us.


4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure you provide a valid email address and phone number at the time of booking.
  • Be available at the designated pick-up time and location.
  • Stay in communication with our team for any updates regarding your trip.
